As Tank Cars Roll Through, Texas Towns Prepare for Accidents

The Federal Railroad Administration is now investigating how safe it is to move crude oil in tank cars. You may have seen them as you waited at a railroad crossing: one after another, shiny, new black tankers. StateImpact reporter Dave Fehling wants to know if communities are prepared to deal with an accident.
