Traffic can be brutal, at times, in Houston. Never more so during “peak” hours. What once may have been referred to as “rush hours” are really solid three hour stretches each weekday morning and evening, as commuters travel to and from work. What can we do to improve the daily commute? We ask KUHF’s transportation reporter Gail Delaughter, David Crossley of Houston Tomorrow, and Alan Clark from the Houston/Galveston Area Council.
