“UHY found no evidence of improper spending or reimbursements, or any other prohibitive actions related to our CEO, Mr. Frank Wilson. The inquiry was thorough, and it was complete. METRO would like to move forward knowing that the widely reported allegations that were made and addressed in the report were factually without basis.”

The board also announced plans to formalize their document retention policy and to create a compensation committee to review benefit levels and perks for all senior management.
