KUHF Conversations: New Study Finds Overqualified Workers Not as Productive

As more people in Houston and across the nation hunt for work, more employers are dealing with overqualified applicants. A new study from the University of Houston looks at the impact hiring overqualified workers can have both on the employer, and the employee. KUHF’s David Pitman sat down with study author and UH associate psychology professor Christiane Spitzmueller to talk about it.
