Some Schools Close Amid Snow and Wintery Weather

As snow falls across the Houston area, some area schools have decided to call it a day. We bring you all of the details, courtesy of School-Alerts.com.

Pearland ISD:
High school: dismissed at 11:30 a.m.
Middle School and Junior High: dismissed at 12:15 p.m.
Elementary: dismissed at 1 p.m.
Bus riders will also be transported home at these times.
(Pearland ISD does not participate in school-closings.net)

University of Houston:
Classes close at 2pm
