Mayor Announces Run For Senate

Houston Mayor Bill White has officially announced his run for
U.S Senate. He made the announcement via the internet.
The three-term mayor will likely face former Texas
Comptroller John Sharp in the Democratic primary.


Current Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison has formed an exploratory committee for a possible run for governor.
