This week, our panel debates: the Supreme Court tossing out HB 2's requirements for doctors and clinics performing abortions; a former Houstonian suing St. Joseph Medical Center, the city and four Houston police officers after he's Tasered and shot amid what his attorneys call a mental health crisis; Montgomery County Judge Craig Doyal being suspended and indicted; and two Houston area law schools heading to court over their names and intellectual property.
