From legislative and judicial battles over school funding in Texas, to debate on area college campuses over how to implement the state’s new campus carry law, to oral arguments (again) before the Supreme Court over the use of affirmative action in college admissions, there were a lot of big developments in education here in Houston and across Texas in 2015.
