The Houston Independent School District board met Thursday to hear public comments and share some of their own thoughts on the proposed closure or repurposing of five school campuses at the end of this school year. The meeting followed community meetings held last Monday at three of the schools. Houston Public Media's Education Reporter Laura Isensee joins us with the latest.
