KUHF Chamber Music Ensemble Concert, April 20

Front Row Live at Discovery Green

Posted on · Join The Front Row team for a live broadcast as they take KUHF's daily performing arts show on the road to Discovery Green's outdoor stage on Friday, March 6 from 12-1 pm. This is the first time all KUHF listeners will have the opportunity to be in the audience and witness first hand the production of a live show. Plus, we'll have great prize drawings for the audience! The program will feature several performances including Asleep at the Wheel, The Invincible Czars and musicians from Houston Young Artists. Admission is Free.

In Honor of Black History Month – Sundays at 7pm & 8pm

Posted on · Sunday evenings throughout the month of February, KUHF will broadcast two, hour-long special programs paying tribute to Black History Month. Each 7pm hour will feature a talk special; followed by an 8pm music program. Honoring the rich history of the African-American story, the programs will highlight a variety of people and topics from Martin Luther King, women of the Harlem Renaissance to Kool & the Gang.
