Country musician Robert Earl Keen brings his annual holiday concert to the House of Blues on Dec. 26. The show, “Merry Christmas from the Family,” centers around Keen’s popular song of the same name.

He tells Houston Matters’ Michael Hagerty about the Christmas show, about his new album Happy Prisoner, which is a collection of bluegrass songs, and how a pair of pajamas helped him name the new record.
