God and Churchill Book CoverNov. 30 is Winston Churchill's birthday. Volumes of books have been written about Churchill, from his early days through the war years, but one of the things that – perhaps surprisingly – hasn't been specifically put down on paper is his relationship with God. That relationship is what his great-grandson, Jonathan Sandys (who lives here in Houston) wanted to explore in his book God and Churchill, which he penned with Wallace Henley, a local pastor at Second Baptist Church.
