New Minute Maid Park food, drinks, ordering technology in place for 2023 Houston Astros season

New sandwiches, fries, and sweets will be on the menu this year as the Astros go for back-to-back World Series titles.

As the Houston Astros prepare for Opening Day on Thursday, Minute Maid Park will also debut new foods, drinks and technology for fans to enjoy and use.

New sandwiches, fries, and sweets will be on the menu this year. We have the full list and photos of the new items you can get when you attend a game this season.

K-uesadilla: Cheese, chicken, or fajita-beef stuffed quesadilla with classic toppings. Available in Section 132.

Chicken Parmesan Sub: A breaded chicken, fresh marinara, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and basil on an Amorosa's roll. Available at La Stella Trattoria in section 420.

Cajun Fries: French fries tossed in Breggy Bomb™ Cajun Seasoning with Available at Peaux Boys in Section 410.

Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel: Pretzel tossed in cinnamon sugar. Available at The Butcher in Section 116.

As part of Aramark’s Seasons Inning Stretch, where they have seasonal recipes, Minute Maid Park will kick the season off with Shrimp Campechana Tacos: Yellow corn tortillas topped with Yellowbird™ Agave, marinated shrimp, pico de gallo, and pickled avocados. Available in section 231.

Minute Maid Park will also offer new beer, wine, and cocktail stands including a Gentle Ben Bar in section 106, El Tiempo Margarita Express in section 109, NÜTRL Vodka Stand in section 126, and Michelada & Fruit Cart in section 129.

The Park will also expand its presence with 13 new Mashgin express checkout units. They will be available in sections 106, 113, 126, 134, 156, 416, 429.
