On this episode of Encore Houston, the St. Cecilia Chamber Music Society adds another viola to the traditional string quartet to perform two works: a sprightly quintet by Mozart, and a folk-inspired quintet by Dvořák, written during his summer holiday in Spillville, Iowa.
