‘Book Thief’ Author Markus Zusak Discusses New Novel ‘Bridge of Clay’

Bridge of Clay - Book CoverIt's been 13 years since author Markus Zusak published his critically acclaimed novel, The Book Thief, which is one of the 100 books featured in the PBS series The Great American Read.

Zusak's latest novel is Bridge of Clay. It follows five brothers who've lost their mother to cancer and whose father returns after walking out.

Zusak will speak at a Blue Willow Bookshop event tonight at 7 at Houston’s Westchester Academy.
