This week’s episode of Encore Houston features the St. Cecilia Chamber Music Society and their January concert “Dvořák for Dumkies.” Fitting for the title, they do play the famous “Dumky” Trio, as well as music inspired by Handel, and Dmitri Shostakovich’s mercurial Piano Quintet.
