This episode of Encore Houston features the ensemble El Mundo and its director Richard Savino, hosted by Houston Early Music in December of 2014. El Mundo specializes in music from the sixteenth to nineteenth centuries by composers from Spanish, Italian, and Latin American origins, and this particular concert has special emphasis on works written for Christmas!
