But Houston has enough of a maritime history to warrant its own museum. The Houston Maritime Museum is just down the street from Hermann Park, nestled off a side street. And Houston Matters producer Maggie Martin visited the museum to talk with its director, Leslie Bowlin, to learn what visitors can expect to see when they stop by.
