Brothers Glenn Peterson (age 19) and Alex Peterson (age 17) grew up in Bastrop, Texas, where at a very young age they were introduced to the music of Earth, Wind & Fire, The Isley Brothers, The Brothers Johnson and B.B. King.

Since becoming musical prodigies in Texas blues, soul and funk, the brothers have racked up several Austin Music Awards, been mentored by Bootsy Collins, and actually shared the stage with the late B.B. King.

Glenn on guitar and Alex on bass perform as The Peterson Brothers, along with drummer Chris Mead and percussionist Levi Nichols.

The group recently visited Houston Public Media's Geary Studio to record the Little Johnny Taylor song "If You Love Me Like You Say" for an upcoming edition of Skyline Sessions.
