The Apollo Chamber Players open their 2015-16 season with a recital titled Rhapsody Nouveau featuring music at the intersection of classical and Jewish folk melodies and American jazz and blues.

Featured on the program is the premiere of a new work, Three Goat Blues, by Israeli composer Gilad Cohen, commissioned by Apollo as part of their 20×2020 commissioning project.

The recital, Sunday, October 4th at 5:30PM, opens the MATCH, Midtown's new performance venue.
