Sunday, August 24th, from noon to 4PM, the Houston Downtown Alliance (HDA), which includes the nine major Theater District arts organizations, presents the 21st annual Theater District Open House.

Throughout the afternoon Houstonians can take part in a broad range of free events and find great ticket deals for the upcoming performing arts season. As always, the Open House comes to a close with a free

Houston Symphony concert at Jones Hall.

The nine performing arts organizations housed downtown and providing Sunday’s entertainment  include: Alley Theatre, Broadway at the Hobby Center, Da Camera of Houston, Houston Ballet, Houston Grand Opera, Houston Symphony, Society for the Performing Arts (SPA), Theatre Under The Stars, and the Uniquely Houston series.
