The eighth annual Fayetteville Chamber Music Festival ends this weekend with three recitals featuring some of the most significant chamber works of the late eighteenth and ninteenth centuries.

Festival founder and artistic director, Håkan Rosengren, clarinet, violinist Charles Wetherbee, violist Meredith Crawford, and pianist Péter Nagy, join Houston Public Media’s St.John Flynn in the Geary Performance Studio to play movements from Mozart’s famous “Kegellstatt” Trio and Beethoven’s equally renowned “Spring” sonata for piano and violin.

The final recitals of the eighth annual Fayetteville Chamber Music Festival are Friday, May 16, 8 p.m.; Saturday, May 17, 3 p.m.; and Saturday, May 17, 8 p.m., in historic downtown Fayetteville, Texas.
