Perhaps this is why there’s a French Cultures Festival, which takes place throughout March in Texas and two other states.

The festival kicks off at Discovery Green today and we learn more from Hermine Benard, President of Et Voila Theatre and Sylvie Christophe, Cultural Attache with the Consulate General of France.
