This you’ve got to see. Collaborators Jeff Shore and Jon Fisher return to McClain Gallery with another terrific installation that’s mysterious, funny, genius and creepy. Inside a series of wall-mounted “sculptures” (actually miniature soundstages), tiny automated cameras capture imagery that’s edited, scored and screened all at once, in real time. The plot is a Lynchian mystery: A sinister trailer in the woods hides a supernatural secret … maybe. But that’s just one layer of this wild multimedia onion. In the video above, Shore and Fisher talk with Houston Public Media’s Troy Schulze.
