For more than 30 years, the critically acclaimed Carolyn Dorfman Dance Company has performed high energy contemporary dance. The company performs this week at the Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center as part of ERJCCâs Dance Month. Catherine Lu of Houston Public Mediaâs arts and culture unit sat down with Carolyn Dorfman to discuss this weekendâs performances in Houston, and Dorfmanâs approach to dance.
