The Front Row – Big Range Dance Festival

We preview the second weekend of the 2010 Big Range Dance Festival by speaking with choreographers Alison Bory and Rosie Trump [pictured] about their featured work, “The Big Empty.”

KUHF’s Catherine Lu chats with choreographer-dancers, Alison Bory and Rosie Trump, about their collaborative piece, The Big Empty: Two Solos about Lack, Absence & Holes, which will be presented on Program B of the Big Range Dance Festival, June 11 & 12, 8pm at Barnevelder Movement/Arts Complex.

Alison Bory is on the faculties of Davidson College and Queens University in North Carolina.  Rosie Trump is new to Houston and is the Assistant Director of Dance at Rice University.
