Wordsmyth Theater Company, in cooperation with the Actor’s Gym, presents a staged reading of North Carolina playwright David Brendan Hopes’ new play, Bronzino’s Gaze. The performance is directed by Andrew Ruthven. Hopes and Ruthven chat about the reading with KUHF’s St. Catherine Lu.  Listen Download

Flutist Victor Kendall is Houston Public Radio’s Director of Development, and Artistic Director of the KUHF Chamber Ensemble. Violinist Chris Johnson hosts the station’s Monday-through-Friday Afternoon Concert and serves as Technical Director for The Front Row They join host St. Flynn for a conversation, with musical excerpts, related to  tonight’s performance by the KUHF Chamber Ensemble. The program feature music by Elliot Carter, John Adams and Mark O’Connor.  Listen Download
