Music Director Hans Graf  chats with KUHF’s Dean Dalton about the concerts he conducts this weekend in Houston. He’ll lead the Houston Symphony and piano soloist, Radu Lupu, in music of Ned Rorem, Felix Mendelssohn, Mozart and Beethoven tonight and tomorrow night at 8:00PM and Sunday afternoon at 2:30PM in Jones Hall.  Listen Download

Dancer-singer, Raúl Orlando Edwards, is the Artistic Director of Houston’s Foundation for Modern Music. The Foundation’s Resident Conductor, Nicholas Leh Baker, leads vocal and instrumental soloists and a string orchestra made up of local musicians, as they perform works by Israeli-American composer, Avner Dorman, in a special concert devoted entirely to Mister Dorman’s music. It’s tomorrow evening at 7:00PM at the Jewish Community Center of Houston.
