Steven Fenley is the Associate Artistic Director of  the Texas Repertory Theatre. He directed the company’s new production of Beth Henley’s Southern Gothic Comedy, The Miss Firecracker Contest, which features actor Kay Allmand as beauty-pageant contestant, Carnelle Scott, and Jen Lucy as her new friend and seamstress, Popeye Jackson.
