Irish balladeer Danny O’Flaherty performs five times this weekend at the Houston International Festival’s 2009 “Salute to Ireland” in Sam Houston Park, Tranquility Park and the Square around downtown Houston’s City Hall. He’ll be on the H-E-B Cultural Stage.
