Founder and Artistic Director Alicia Lawyer is joined by composer Brad Sayles and guest conductor Joel Smirnoff for a conversation with St. John Flynn about the next concert by the River Oaks Chamber Orchestra. It features a new work for narrator and orchestra based on the music from KUHF’s The Engines of Our Ingenuity.  Listen.  Download.

Max Neuhaus is the composer, musician, and visual artist who is responsible for the new, permanent, audio sculpture Sound Figure. It’s housed at Houston’s Menil Collection.
