Quartet will make its Houston Friends of Music debut tomorrow evening, with a concert of Beethoven, Ives and Dvorak . . .and the city’s newest vocal ensemble, VOX – The Rob Seible Singers, will offer an eclectic program tonight, including a premiere by Houston composer Robert Nelson!
