On the last Sunday of August, the nine performing-arts organizations that present their productions in Houston’s downtown Theater District will present their thirteenth annual Open House, during which they’ll offer mini-performances previewing some of the attractions coming up in the new season, tours of their facilities, give-aways and refreshments.
