Senator John Cornyn faults lax oversight by Attorney General Eric Holder.
"Attorney General Holder's office did respond months later to my question specifically about a gun-walking operation that was alleged to have occurred in Houston, Texas, from a Carter's Country gun dealer. I just feel like we're being obstructed at every step of the way."
At a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Senator Cornyn pressed for — but did not receive — an apology from the attorney general, for the death of the federal agent. Cornyn contends the flawed gun program led to the death.
