"I've gotten fourth or third, sometimes second. But the last competition I did, it took me many tries to get it to the first place."
Meghan says the hardest part about figure skating is the hard falls on the ice. Her sister Caroline says the falls are actually kind of fun.
"Because it's like when you fall down, you slide. So it's kind of fun when you fall down."
The sisters have been watching the Winter Olympics figure skating on television and think the Chinese pair will win the gold. This is Meghan, the oldest.
"Their choreography is really interesting to watch. Their spins, how they do them togther, Î¾I think are really cool."
Paul Kennell is the general manager at space city. He says the Olympics always bring attention to skating and hockey and their business goes up.
"We had a big influx of new skaters in the learn to skate program in January and we also hope to see that follow forward through the year as people start watching the Olympics wanting to see if they can do that themselves and how easy or how hard itÎ¾maybe beÎ¾to do.
Meghan and Caroline showed me some of their moves on the ice. Of course I had to ask them whose better. Little sister Caroline had this answer.
Bill: "Who's better?"
"I think I am."
They're only 9 and 8, so if things go the way they'd like you could be hearing about them in 2018.
"My main goal is to be the world champion."
