The Choir of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston presents In Memoria: A Sacred Concert of Remembrance in Honor of the Year for Priests.ξDirector Rick Lopez leads the Choir's sixty singers in Franz Biebl's Ave Maria ... pieces by Mozart, Beethoven, Rutter and Tavener ... and the complete Lux Aeterna by Morten Lauridsen.ξThe performance is Sunday afternoon atξ3:00PM in the new Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart in downtown Houston.ξ About half of the choir gather in KUHF's Geary Performance Studio to share some of their music with us in a session hosted by TFR host St. John Flynn.
