Mohammed Marfani and several of his friends went to Rich's nightclub on San Jacinto on March 6th to take in a concert. That was the last time anyone has seen him. Rizwan Marfani says surveillance video given to him by the club clearly shows his brotherξ was there.
"There are a few things on there that don't look right, and it's very hard for me to talk about what's on that tape because it's my little brother, and seeing him, there are definitely some things that investigators need to look at."

Doug Adolph is with the city of Sugarland:
"Two felony warrants were issued for his arrest out of Fort Bend County. One was for a burglary that occured in our jurisdiction last year in April, and another was for forfeiture of a bond to a court appearance for the burglary that he just recently missed."
Rizwan Marfani says arrangements were made regarding those charges, including the hiring of an attorney and discussing the specifics with their parents.
"The warrant for his arrest, which was issued last Thursday, is a result of him missing a scheduled court date the Monday after he disappeared."
Adolph with the city of Sugarland says they do not believe any foul play is involved in the disappearance of Marfani. He adds it remains an open investigation:
"We'll take a look at the video, when the family does provide it to us and if it shows us something that we don't expect to see, then we will certainly follow up on that."
