7:30 am, 5 August 2008: Harris County is starting to feel Tropical Storm Edouard. We provide the updates from meteorologist Dave Gorham, Ed Mayberry in Galveston, Pat Hernandez at TranStar, and Jefferson County.
7:00 am, 5 August 2008: The storm never made it to hurricane status, and is expected to travel along Highway 290 up to Austin. Ed Mayberry in Galveston brings us more. Also, we hear from Beaumont where the tropical storm hit landfall. And last, but not least, Pat Hernandez is live at Transtar with Mayor Bill White.
