Grammy Award-nominated violin prodigy, Caroline Goulding, plays excerpts from Max Bruch’s “Scottish Fantasy,” which she’ll be performing with the Houston Symphony! Maestro Robert Franz joins her in the studio to chat about that concert.

Host St.John Flynn gets together in KUHF’s Geary Performance Studio with Houston Symphony Associate Conductor Robert Franz and 17-year-old violinist Caroline Goulding. Ms. Goulding will solo with the HS on Friday, June 18 at Miller Outdoor Theater in a Scottish-themed program of Bruch’s Scottish Fantasy for Violin, Harp & Orchestra and Mendelssohn’s Symphony No. 3, “Scottish.”
