The Front Row – Houston Ballet

We preview Houston Ballet’s season-finale production of the comedic masterpiece, “La fille mal gardee,” or “The Wayward Daughter”!

Dance master Alexander Grant shares his insights on what many consider “the most enchanting ballet in existence,” La fille mal gardée, or The Wayward Daughter. Mr. Grant, a protégé of Sir Frederick Ashton, is helping recreate Sir Frederick’s modern-version of the ballet for Houston Ballet’s season-finale production (June 10 – 20, Wortham Center).  He talks with host St.John Flynn.
