Composer John Williams, speaks by phone from his office in Los Angeles with KUHF’s Dean Dalton. Guest conductor Peter Oundjian leads the Houston Symphony in performances of Mister Williams’s Celebration Fanfare and his Horn Concerto … in Classical Series concerts, Thursday night and Saturday at 8:00PM and Sunday afternoon at 2:30PM in Jones Hall. The Orchestra’s principal horn player, William VerMeulen, is the soloist in the Concerto.
