Pulitzer Prize-nominated poet Elizabeth Alexander reads from her work and chats about the art of poetry. We also enjoy two musical performances! Members of the Greenbriar Consortium perform chamber music from tomorrow night’s concert. And musicians from AURA, the Moores School’s contemporary ensemble, play music by Austin composer Donald Grantham.

Houston Symphony oboist Anne Leek and distinguished free-lance pianist Vania Pimental perform music by Edvard Grieg and preview the upcoming concert by the Greenbriar Consortium.  The concert is part of the Channing Concert Series at First Unitarian Universalist Church and will be tomorrow evening, 7:30pm.  Listen  Download
